We have checked the thermostat hi and low fuses heating element and all are getting continuity.

The thermal fuse is a safety device designed to protect the dryer from overheating.
A load that is too large for the dryer will not tumble and limits air movement in the dryer.
If your vent is stopped it up can cause many parts to go bad so check your vent after repairing the dryer no matter what was wrong with the dryer.
