Profx8 v2 owner here usb keeps being dropped so i just can t record using it. Recently i bought this mixer to replace an alesis multimix8 that had some channels busted within the first couple weeks. I found the mixer very easy to operate and also it was extremely quiet in such a compact package and works well with my electro voice zlx 12p series active speaker cabinet. Still trying to figure out the effects button as sometimes the effects were there and sometimes weren t in the mix even though i thought i set it.

I just think it s probably operator error. Received the mackie profx8 channel mixer in record time and in perfect shape. Feels solid and well built. Overall i m a big fan of mackie mixers and speakers.
